Course Overview

In this instructor-led course, students will learn how to empower their organization’s sellers by deploying and configuring Microsoft Copilot for Sales to match their unique productivity needs. Students will learn how to deploy Copilot for Sales in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams. They will then learn how to configure the product and manage users.

  • Tailoring Copilot for Sales to meet your organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of the Copilot for Sales app

Target audiences

  • Students should be familiar with Copilot for Sales, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, and Power BI, and should have experience administering Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook.
